Club staff

LA Fitness is seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Check members in and assist with account inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to member questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with membership sales leads and club promotions
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support daily club operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $21.30 per hour

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
