Cluster Business manager-Affordable LAP

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive Affordable LAP sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team.
• Generate business through local market.
• Manage leads from sourcing to sanction & disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.
• Ensure portfolio quality and company policy compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 38 years’ experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending.
• Strong team handling & sales management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Affordable LAP & local market.
• Target-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills.
• NBFC/HFC/Banking experience preferred.
