Cluster Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with self-help groups (SHGs) to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for entrepreneurship growth.
• Conduct field visits to monitor SHG activities, provide guidance on sales techniques, and facilitate market linkages.
• Mobilize communities by organizing training programs, workshops, and events to promote livelihood skills among women.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to create a conducive environment for SHGs' operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in community mobilization or related fields such as cluster coordination or field coordination.
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship development, including microfinance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders at the grassroots level.
