E-Commerce Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute the hotels' e-commerce strategy to maximize direct online revenue and market share.
• Manage website performance, booking engine optimization, content management, and user experience.
• Monitor website analytics, conversion rates, and digital revenue performance, implementing improvements to drive results.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on SEO, SEM, metasearch, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance online guest acquisition and direct booking penetration.

Distribution Management

• Manage all distribution channels, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, and direct channels.
• Ensure accurate rate loading, inventory availability, restrictions, and content consistency across all platforms.
• Maintain channel parity and monitor pricing competitiveness.
• Conduct regular audits of distribution systems and connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to implement pricing and inventory strategies.

Revenue Optimization

• Analyze channel production, booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide recommendations to maximize revenue, profitability, and return on investment.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning processes.
• Produce regular performance reports and business insights for hotel leadership.

System & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the key point of contact for OTA, CRS, PMS, Channel Manager, and distribution partners.

• Manage relationships with key online partners to secure promotional opportunities and enhance visibility.

• Ensure effective integration and utilization of all e-commerce and distribution technologies.

• Support training initiatives related to e-commerce and distribution systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Distribution, Revenue Management, or Digital Marketing within hospitality.

• Experience in luxury hotel brands or international hospitality companies preferred.

• Strong understanding of distribution systems, OTA management, CRS, PMS, Channel Managers, and booking engines.

• Experience with Accor systems and platforms is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
