• Ensure correct set-up and monitoring of e-commerce and distribution systems for brand.com. OTAs, GDS, metasearch, and direct booking platforms, including social media.
• Support dynamic pricing, flash sales, and ad hoc campaigns to capture demand and maximize occupancy.
• Work with Communications and Marketing Teams to maintain 100% content score on OTAs, ensuring top visibility and competitive rankings.
• Synchronise with Revenue Team to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, /OTA data to set rate strategies and increase competitiveness.
