• Ensure correct set-up and monitoring of e-commerce and distribution systems, OTAs, GDS, metasearch, and direct booking platforms, including social media.
• Set and execute strategies to hit revenue goals and boost conversion rates.
• Support dynamic pricing, flash sales, and ad hoc campaigns to capture demand and maximize occupancy.
• Improve website layouts, page speed, and navigation to make buying easy.
• Create and launch campaigns to increase online traffic and conversion rates.
• Synchronise with Revenue Team to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and OTA data to set rate strategies and increase competitiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign ROI, adjusting strategies for stronger performance.
