Cluster Engineer - Luzon (Multiple Sites)

About the Role:

You will serve as the Facilities Engineer and Cluster Lead for your assigned geographic area, reporting to the Contract Manager. You will oversee technical operations and manage a team of Roving Technicians to ensure optimal facility performance, asset reliability, and compliance with maintenance standards.

This job is a part of the CBRE Account and Site Leadership team, focusing on engineering excellence and operational continuity across your designated cluster (Luzon, NCR & Head Office, or Visayas & Mindanao).

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of technical leadership for the cluster, ensuring all service delivery, maintenance protocols, and safety standards are understood and implemented by the team of Roving Technicians.
• Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for all site assets to minimize downtime.
• Review data from maintenance reports and equipment performance dashboards to track KPIs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment service history, technical documentation, compliance certifications, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with the Admin Manager to facilitate necessary repairs, parts procurement, and specialized service requirements.
• Present engineering performance updates, technical risks, and resource requirements to internal leadership and key stakeholders.
• Recognize and solve complex technical, atypical engineering, or facility infrastructure problems without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select engineering solutions from established maintenance frameworks and CBRE best practices.
• Impact the account team through the quality of technical oversight, asset management, and the reliable operation of facilities provided.
• Follow standardized engineering procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

• Experienced Engineer (Licensed ME/EE) with at least 3-5 years of solid experience in Facilities Management; Preferably with experience in overseeing multiple sites
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when completing work orders and maintenance logs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or mobile reporting tools for documentation.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of technical issues to ensure equipment reliability.
• Amenable to travel across Luzon Cluster (North, Central, South Luzon, Bicol, Mimaropa - Total sites 21)
• Preferably can start by 1st week of November

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
