Cluster General Manager

Lead and manage multiple luxury properties or locations within a cluster, driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence in line with brand standards and business objectives, specifically for Sunrise Resorts and other luxury international chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster business plans, budgets, and strategies for luxury properties
• Oversee operations, sales, marketing, and financial performance of cluster properties
• Lead and develop a team of property-level managers and department heads
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: 5 15 years

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction in luxury international chains

Experience managing multiple luxury properties or locations

Experience with Sunrise Resorts or similar luxury resort chains preferred
