Cluster Head

• Formulate monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans for the assigned account/industry.
• Analyze business strategies quarterly and create adjustments if necessary
• Guide the sales team in developing specific industry strategies
• Take responsibility in the group target/quota and delegate tasks to team members based on level and skills
• Facilitate weekly sales team meetings for sales operations and pipeline review
• Coach and train Account Managers for sales calls and client presentations
• Make business decisions in solutions and partnerships with the help of Marketing and other Support Teams
• Review proposals, costing, and contracts
• Oversees the whole sales cycle
• Maintain client and business partner relations
• Develop career plans for the team members
• Participate in bid conferences if necessary

Minimum qualifications:

• At least a bachelor's degree in business, management, or marketing
• At least 5 years of related experience in sales and marketing, 2 years of which in managerial capacity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Background in vendor management is a must
