Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead and manage sales operations for Insurance and Loan products across multiple branches/locations. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, achieving targets, and building strong customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle overall sales and operations for Insurance and Loan products within the assigned cluster.
• Lead, train, and motivate Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for loans and insurance products.
• Develop strategies to increase sales productivity and market penetration.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and onboard new sales team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
• Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Loan Sales, or DSA industry preferred
