Lead Defence strategic accounts and service operations, managing senior stakeholders, Service Managers, customer escalations, CSAT, AMC renewals and P&L growth
Drive analytics/security solution adoption, upsell and cross-sell across Defence accounts
Required Candidate profile
15+ yrs in Defence service operations/strategic accounts with 8+ yrs in Defence, SIGINT or Paramilitary. Strong B2G, analytics, stakeholder, team leadership, P&L and account growth experience.
