This is a senior leadership appointment offering the opportunity to lead a team of experienced Private Bankers, drive strategic business growth and strengthen the bank's presence within the HNW and UHNW segments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Business Leadership – Lead, mentor and develop a team of Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture.

🔹 Strategic Growth – Drive revenue growth, asset gathering and new client acquisition across targeted wealth segments.

🔹 Client Relationships – Oversee key HNW/UHNW relationships while supporting bankers in delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions.

🔹 Talent Development – Attract, retain and develop top Private Banking talent to strengthen the franchise.

🔹 Risk & Governance – Uphold strong standards of regulatory compliance, risk management and client suitability.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

✅ Established leadership experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.

✅ Proven track record in managing and growing high-performing Relationship Management teams.

✅ Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in AUM growth, revenue generation and client acquisition.

✅ Deep understanding of HNW/UHNW client needs, investment solutions and the Private Banking landscape.

✅ Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive sustainable business performance.
