Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• • Education: Graduate degree in any field; a Masters or MBA is preferred.

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of total experience in insurance sales, specifically within the banking (Bancassurance) channel.

  • Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading local sales teams.

  • Core Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, problem solving, and local market knowledge.
