- Manage and monitor multiple hubs within the assigned zone.
- Drive hub performance, productivity, delivery efficiency, and SLA adherence.
- Manage manpower planning, hiring, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor last-mile operations, shipment flow, delivery TAT, and hub KPIs.
- Coordinate with Hub Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes, and safety standards.
- Analyse operational data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve cost, productivity, and service quality.
- Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower, and hub operations.
- Support new hub launches, expansion, and process improvements.
- Manage and control operational costs while achieving business targets.
