Cluster Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the operations and performance of multiple retail stores.
• Coordinate with distributors for product availability, stock replenishment, and smooth supply.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service across stores.
• Recruit, train, and manage retail teams across multiple locations.
• Monitor inventory and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and wastage.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and business targets across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, compliance, merchandising, and team performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a good customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or Personal Care.
• Hands-on experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales planning.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned store locations.
