Cluster Manager

Job Summary:
The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance of stores within their assigned cluster. This role involves regular store visits, ensuring operational standards are met, and supporting store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience. The Cluster Manager acts as a key link between store operations and management, driving performance improvements, compliance, and consistency across all stores in the cluster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in store execution, layout, and customer journey across all stores in the cluster.
• Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and loss prevention practices.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance across the cluster based on key performance indicators
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and store team leader through regular feedback, performance reviews, and on-the-job coaching.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to improve skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Address customer feedback and complaints by supporting store teams in resolution and service recovery.
• Drive customer-focused initiatives to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and brand perception.
• Ensure delivery of a consistent and excellent customer experience across all stores.
• Serve as the primary link between store operations and senior management.
• Communicate company updates, strategies, and expectations clearly to store teams.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3 but less than 5 years plus of experience in:

a. Progressive experience in retail operations,

b. Managing store performance based on KPIs and achieving sales targets

c. Experience in people management, coaching, and team development.

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Background in food, retail, or franchise-based businesses.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to analyze sales data and performance reports to drive informed decisions.

• Solid understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned stores within the cluster.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
