We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple properties, drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Locations: Himachal | Delhi NCR | Goa | Mussoorie
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-property operations and SOP compliance
- Drive revenue, occupancy, profitability, and cost control
- Lead Branch Managers and property-level teams
- Improve guest satisfaction and operational standards
What Were Looking For:
Hotel/Hostel/Coliving background with 24/7/365 operations experience
Experience managing multiple properties preferred
IHM background preferred
Open to travelling across all locations in the assigned cluster
Strong leadership, business, and people-management skills
