Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and local communities

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and motivating teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
