Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee logistics operations across multiple hubs or delivery locations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading rider/delivery executive teams, ensuring timely deliveries, improving operational efficiency, and achieving performance targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in last-mile delivery, logistics operations, rider management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cluster & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple hubs, clusters, or delivery locations.
• Ensure smooth pickup, dispatch, delivery, and return operations.
• Monitor daily operational performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to operational processes and SOPs.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.

2. Rider & Delivery Team Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage delivery riders and delivery executives.
• Monitor rider attendance, productivity, delivery performance, and availability.
• Ensure adequate rider deployment based on order volume and business requirements.
• Handle rider grievances, absenteeism, attrition, and performance-related issues.
• Maintain rider discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Performance & Target Achievement

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order fulfilment, rider productivity, and customer complaints.
• Drive operational efficiency and minimize failed deliveries, cancellations, and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with hub managers, dispatch teams, customer support, and central operations.
• Resolve escalations related to delayed deliveries, rider issues, and customer complaints.
• Ensure smooth communication between field teams and management.
• Conduct regular team reviews and performance meetings.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, delivery protocols, and operational policies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and rider documentation.
• Ensure proper handling of shipments, cash, and delivery-related transactions, wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a relevant logistics or operations qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, courier, or quick-commerce operations.
• Proven experience managing delivery riders, field teams, or hub operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of delivery operations, route planning, and rider productivity.
• Ability to work with operational dashboards, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel between hubs or delivery locations as required

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
