CLUSTER MARKETING ASSISTANT (TANAY)

The Cluster Marketing Assistant is responsible in enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying high-traffic locations for marketing activities, executing promotional campaigns to achieve a minimum 20% sales contribution, and conducting business intelligence surveys to inform strategies.

1. Identifies high-traffic locations and venues for effective below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities in order to increase brand visibility and customer engagement, leading to a measurable increase in foot traffic and inquiries.2. Conducts regular business intelligence surveys to gather insights and inform strategies in order to improve decision-making and enhanced campaign effectiveness.3. Executes BTL initiatives for motorcycle marketing, including promotional campaigns and sales programs in order to achieve a minimum of 20% sales contribution.4. Incorporates relevant parts and service programs into all BTL activities in order to enhance customer engagement.5. Monitor and oversee the achievement of monthly sales targets for brand new cash and installment sales, parts sales, and repossession sales within the cluster in order to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. 6. Tracks inquiries and closing efficiency for BTL activities in order to ensure timely encoding and updates in the ERS system.7. Maintains and monitors the accredited Facebook cluster page in order to drive sales results from digital sources.8. Implements approved strategies for managing aging inventories and the disposal of repossessed units in order to achieve a reduction in aging inventory levels and increase the efficiency of repossessed unit disposal, resulting in improved cash flow and reduced holding costs.9. Ensures cleanliness and organization of the motorcycle display area for both brand-new and repossessed units in order to create a visually appealing and well-organized display that enhances the customer experience and encourages engagement.10. Attends regular training sessions and product knowledge seminars in order to enhance skills and knowledge related to marketing and customer engagement.11. Provides timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints across all channels, escalating issues as necessary in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.12. Ensure that all marketing materials and collateral are of high quality, valid, and current in order to deliver consistently professional and relevant marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messages and drive customer engagement.13. Uphold good housekeeping practices according to standard operating procedures (5S), including maintaining proper grooming standards in order to create a professional and inviting environment that enhances team morale and customer perception.14. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.

Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Professional Experience:Previous 1 to 2 years experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.Fresh Graduate is open to apply.Skills Required:• Ability to sell effectively and drive sales initiatives.• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.• Proficient in Computer and social media management, particularly Facebook.• Ability to drive a motorcycle, with a valid motorcycle license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
