Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Delight Manager to enhance customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project timelines and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, social media, and chat platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints, conflicts, and escalations efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain records of customer complaints, feedback, compliments, and technical issues.
• Track customer experience across online and offline channels.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA candidates preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
