Cluster Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Cluster Operational Leadership

• Daily Management: Provide a single point of leadership for all day-to-day operations across all four distinct business units.
• Pre-Opening & Handover: Lead operational heads (Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) through architectural defect inspections, elimination, and the testing and commissioning of M&E systems for upcoming or renovated spaces.
• Corporate Integration: Support and implement all corporate programs, quality standards, and brand guidelines across the cluster.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with company regulations, workplace safety protocols, and local government requirements.

2. Portfolio Strategy & Business Unit Management

• The Node Hotel: Directly oversee the planning, execution, and operational transition of the property renovation project scheduled from September to December 2026.
• I Rich Residence: Ensure consistent housekeeping and maintenance standards for the residential inventory to preserve asset value and guest comfort.
• Plern Ping Restaurant: Drive F&B excellence, inventory control, food safety compliance, and up-selling strategies to maximize restaurant profitability.
• Podi Living: Manage specialized wellness facilities including the lap pool, sauna, hot/ice baths, fitness center, co-kitchen, meeting room, and common dining lounge. Ensure strict hygiene and safety standards for all wet and dry areas.

3. Revenue & Strategic Planning

• Commercial Strategy: Implement cluster-wide strategies to achieve key goals, including Guest Satisfaction Scores, up-selling rooms, and increasing F&B revenue.
• Yield Management: Work closely with the Revenue, Sales, and Front Office teams to monitor the YCS platform, control room allotments, and execute co-marketing promotions with OTAs.
• Financial Oversight: Assist the Group General Manager with annual budgeting, revenue management forecasting, cost-saving strategies, and emergency contingency plans.
• Procurement Execution: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure timely processing of purchasing requests and operational payments.

Key Skills & Competencies
●   Multi-Unit Expertise: Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple hospitality operations simultaneously in close geographic proximity.

●   Bilingual Communication: Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Thai to communicate effectively with international guests, corporate stakeholders, and local staff.

●   Technical Aptitude: Experience with property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) configuration, tracking transaction code mapping alongside IT and Finance departments.

●  Problem-Solving & Agility: Highly proactive and service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle unexpected operational issues or project delays independently.

Qualifications & Experience

●    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

●    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations management, multi-property coordination, or assistant manager roles.

●    Fluent in both spoken and written English and Thai.

●    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-standard PMS/POS configurations.

●    Strong leadership qualities with a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented approach.

●    Prior experience managing hotel renovation projects or property pre-opening phases.

●    Experience overseeing boutique wellness resorts, spa facilities, or stand-alone restaurant operations.

Familiarity with international hotel brand standard audits and OTA channel management platforms (like YCS).
