About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cluster Outlet Manager to join our management team in Melaka. This is a full-time position based in Melaka that offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage multiple hospitality outlets within a cluster, ensuring consistent excellence across all locations. As Cluster Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams across various venues. This strategic position is fundamental to our continued success and growth in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Managing and supervising outlet teams, including recruiting, training, and developing staff to maintain high performance standards
• Implementing and monitoring operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all cluster outlets
• Maintaining consistent quality standards in food and beverage offerings, customer service, and facility maintenance
• Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction across the cluster
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimising resource allocation for maximum efficiency
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to outlet managers and staff
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all cluster locations
• Identifying and addressing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions
• Reporting regularly to senior management on cluster performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a multi-outlet or cluster management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, customer service standards, and quality control
• Excellent financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in using management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional language skills are advantageous
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards
