Cluster Reservation Agent

The key responsibilities and required skills for a Reservation Agent include:

• Managing the entire reservation lifecycle: From initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up, ensuring every guest interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
• Actively listening to guest needs: Recommending and upselling appropriate room upgrades, packages, and ancillary services to enhance the stay and maximize revenue.
• Maintaining impeccable data integrity: Accurately entering and updating guest information, booking details, and special requests in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Collaborating closely with the Front Office and Sales departments: Managing room inventory and ensuring availability is accurate.
• These responsibilities and skills are essential for a Reservation Officer to drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring a successful reservation process for guests.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
