Cluster Sales Supervisor

The Cluster Head is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of branches within an assigned cluster. The role ensures alignment with company standards, sales targets, compliance requirements, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years retail experience
• At least 1 year in area/cluster management
• Strong background in branch sales, cash handling, inventory, and compliance
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and control operational costs
• Leadership skills in managing and coaching multi-branch teams
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Skilled in analyzing KPIs, preparing reports, and executing branch-level strategies
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned cluster
