Role & responsibilities
Manage service and maintenance activities, lead field technicians, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor service quality, maintain MIS reports, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy with experience in service, maintenance, electrical, or solar operations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, team-handling, and customer-management skills with willingness to travel.
