Spa Supervisor Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and hygiene standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
