Role & responsibilities

Objective

• Drive Key Agency Parameters with fundamental of 4DX

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for TIED sales Quality audit for cheque bounce, process adherence and persistency
• Responsible for TIED transformation daily transformation call and monitoring of implementation

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification : Graduate (MBA would be additional advantage)
• Work Experience : 10 years +

Skillsets :

• High attention to details
• Good in driving multiple teams
• Should be having excellent communication skill
• Should be good in managing process and data analysis Should have good knowledge of transforming weak branches
