As a CMA Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with the supervision of medication administration, vital signs, and resident care under the guidance of the licensed nursing staff. • Assist with medication administration, as directed by the licensed nursing staff

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, resident advocacy, and teamwork

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the State of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (we'll train you to be your best!)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus
