Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accuracy in documentation
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support a positive and engaging environment for residents to thrive in

Qualifications:

• Current CMA or CNA certification in the state of North Dakota
• Prior experience in a memory care setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
