CMA/LPN

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient phone calls and assist with patient questions or route calls appropriately.
• Support providers and nursing staff during clinic.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs as needed.
• Assist with DME including fitting, patient education, documentation, and inventory.
• Help maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Assist with patient scheduling, referrals, and medical records when needed.
• Provide coverage for staff during vacations, lunches, or high-volume clinic days.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the practice to provide seamless support.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the practice.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a physician office or specialty clinic preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
