Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care within our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and documenting medical histories.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Assist in the management of medical equipment and supplies

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to medicine practices and techniques.
