Reporting & KPIs

  • Identify reporting requirements and dashboards that provide environment insights, decision support, and compliance monitoring.

Training, Adoption & Ongoing Support

  • Develop training materials and documentation for CMDB user groups.
  • Deliver training sessions to support adoption and user proficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification regarding CMDB functionality and data usage.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and cross-team alignment sessions.
  • Translate between business and technical teams to ensure concepts, requirements, and outcomes are clearly understood across groups.
