Lead the architectural design and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB, data governance, ITIL-aligned processes, and integrations with cloud and enterprise systems.

Lead platform architecture design ensuring scalability and accuracy; support data governance with Product Managers; design configuration management processes aligned with ITIL and Booking.com practices; evolve CMDB towards CSDM alignment; contribute to overall ServiceNow architecture strategy; collaborate with cross-functional teams; implement automation and integration patterns; support discovery and EOL data initiatives; provide reporting and actionable insights; drive continuous improvement and maintain documentation and training.
