该职位来源于猎聘 Objective: To support Mobility business growth and maintain by new color introduction to customer and the market, manage customer new color communication and support color development in the region. Core Responsibilities:

• Work with PE manager to develop OEM color marketing strategy and plan to ensure it align with customer need and business strategy, as well as promote global color marketing plan for China.
• Responsible for meeting the color marketing and development targets of the organization through effective customer communication and project management.
• Monitor the market trend on color and customer demand on color local development/approval, generate color styling idea
• Maintain and improve the relationships with customer’s color expert, with key focus on Axalta color leadership promotion.
• Drive the cross function team members to deliver the color development on their level best to achieve customer expectation.
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. Key Job Requirements:
• Bachelor and above in Chemical or color design subjects
• Minimum with 3+ years’ experience in Paint color development and communication, or OEM CMF
• Excellent communication (presentation and people skill)
• Project management and problem-solving skill.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capability.
• Good verbal and written of English language preferred.
• 30% of travel is required
• Business acumen and knowledge of basic economics and budgeting.
