What they need
- To do the daily calibration of CMM with Master Sphere.
- Daily cleaning of CMM working table with oil and Stylus with standard Cotton Cloth. Cleaning of rest of the areas of Machine with normal cotton cloth.
- To perform measurement, Inspection & Testing of production parts using previously prepared inspection program.
- Inspection of New Receiving gauges & jigs & fixtures as per Drawing.
- To ensure the required working environment for CMM i.e. Temperature and Humidity to be mentioned.
- To ensure the external Calibration of CMM as per Plan and from NABL approved Lab / Manufacturer
