CMM ENGINEER (Hexagon/Zeiss/Accurate)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in operating Fixed-Bed CMM machines, preferably Hexagon, ZEISS, or Accurate.
• Should have good knowledge of CMM programming using software such as PC-DMIS/ ZEISS CALYPSO/ArthoCAD.bAbility to create and execute 2D and 3D CMM inspection programs.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Drawings and Drawing Reading.Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and its practical application during inspection.
• Ability to interpret dimensional requirements, tolerances, datum references, and GD&T callouts from engineering drawings.
• Should be capable of performing accurate dimensional inspection and preparing inspection reports.
• Good understanding of CMM measurement techniques, probing strategies, and inspection methodologies.
