CMM OPERATOR / CMM INSPECTION ENGINEER:

Qualification: B.Sc. (with Quality Department experience) / Diploma in Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depends on interview)
Job Timing: General Shift – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented CMM Operator / Inspection Engineer for the Quality Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating CMM equipment, conducting dimensional inspections, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring product quality as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMM machines for inspection of different components and products.
• Perform dimensional and geometrical inspections as per engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Prepare CMM inspection reports as per the yearly layout inspection plan.
• Ensure inspection activities follow quality standards, control plans, and procedures.
• Maintain CMM programs, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Guide team members in CMM operations, component setup, and measurement techniques.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve dimensional issues.
• Support new product development and process improvement through dimensional inspection and analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Quality Tools and Quality Documentation.
• Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and geometrical tolerances.
• Ability to interpret CMM inspection reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CMM operation and CMM programming will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
