CMM Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for accurate inspection and measurement of mechanical components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMM machines for dimensional inspection.
• Perform accurate measurements of components using CMM equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain measurement records.
• Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with the production and quality teams.
• Perform routine checks and ensure proper calibration of measuring equipment.
• Maintain CMM machine and ensure safe working practices.
• Follow company quality procedures and ISO standards.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CMM operation and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerances.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Basic knowledge of CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.07 - ₹30,953.04 per month
