CMM Operator

Company Overview

We’re growing! Electroform is seeking an additional CMM Operator to support our expanding quality and inspection capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in precision measurement, quality, and advanced manufacturing and is looking to develop their technical skills in a hands-on environment. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work. Manufacturing or technical experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is just as important. Apply today!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CMM machines to inspect parts accurately.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for measurement.
• Perform dimensional inspections and evaluate measurements against tolerances.
• Document inspection results and generate reports for quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor CMM equipment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and documentation.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
• Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, software, and inspection techniques
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to take initiative

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or technical exposure is a plus but not required.
