What they need
Primary duties:
Write, edit and trouble shoot CMM programs.
Perform CMM inspection on parts and assemblies.
Create ballooned drawings.
Create Inspection Method sheets (IMS).
Create MRB submittal documents as needed.
Work with QE/ME personnel to determine inspection criteria and techniques.
Mentor new CMM operators / inspectors throughout their training.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
Able to read and interpret Blue Prints.
Experience with Solid Works, NX or equivalent.
Experience with Camio and PC-DMIS or equivalent.
Experience with Aerospace parts and assemblies in a production environment.
Understanding of Quality Procedures and Documentation in an ISO 9001/AS 9100 regulated environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience 5+ years
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
