CMM Programmer

Pay: $35.00 – $44.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Available Shifts (Monday–Friday, Overtime currently available):

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality team. In this role, you'll program and run our CMM with minimal supervision while supporting daily inspection activities across the shop floor. You'll play a key part in maintaining our quality standards and helping keep production moving efficiently.

A Typical Day

• Program and operate the CMM using PC-DMIS
• Perform first article and in-process inspections
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Collaborate with machinists and the Machine Shop Manager to resolve non-conformances
• Maintain 6S in your work area

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of CMM programming experience
• 4+ years with PC-DMIS software
• Strong GD&T knowledge (interpretation and application)
• 4+ years using precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• 4+ years blueprint reading in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality environment
• Familiarity with ITAR-controlled manufacturing
