 is looking for a talented  Sr CMM Programmer

 to join us in  Israel!

Job Summary:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining CMM programs
• generating CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.
• The CMM Programmer will review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices and will be familiar with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Investigate customer complaints,8D reports,
• Perform process audits. FAI submission

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs to inspect and verify production materials and components.

• Review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria.

• Ensure compliance with ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T standards.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient inspection processes.

• Implement Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve inspection processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMM programming and inspection.

• Investigate customer complaints,8D reports, audit. FAI  submission

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• CMM programmer in Cosmos language.
• Experience in PAS usage is advantage.
• Mitutoyo CMM machine usage is adventure.

Required Education/Experience :

• Min. 3 years proven experience in production lines management.
• Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical engineering - advantage.
