About the Role

Reporting to the Global CNC Programming Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring dimensional accuracy, product quality, and manufacturing excellence across PWR's global operations.

As a Senior CMM / Metrology Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining inspection programs, supporting advanced metrology activities, analysing quality data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams across Australia, the USA, and the UK, you'll help ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of precision and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CMM or Metrology Programmer looking to join a world-leading engineering organisation in a fully remote position based anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise CMM inspection programs
• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Create and validate metrology programs using PolyWorks and associated software
• Operate Romer Arm and PolyWorks for probing and scanning assemblies
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
• Analyse inspection data and identify quality concerns
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Compile customer-required quality documentation and reports
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams globally
• Train and mentor Quality Inspectors where required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inspection and metrology processes
• Follow all quality, compliance, and safety procedures

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
