CMM Programmer/Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team on the 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection and possess knowledge of operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications

• Conduct quality inspections using bore gauges and other measuring tools

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for CAD modeling and inspection

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards

• Perform measurements using PC-DMIS software

• Perform Surface plate inspection

Experience

• Prior experience in quality inspection
• Proficient with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for part programming
• Knowledge of AS 9100 standards is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
