What they need
Main Role:
- Perform high-precision measurement using CMM machine
- Inspect complex parts (especially CNC machined parts)
- Generate measurement reports using software
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Conduct inspection using measuring tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, pin gauge, etc.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & GD&T requirements
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports & quality records
- Ensure all products meet customer requirements and quality standards
- Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
- Handle non-conformance parts and coordinate with production team
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimension & Tolerance)
- Experience with CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo)
- High accuracy & technical understanding
- Prefer CMM brand Wenzel
