次世代NANDフラッシュメモリ製品向けの先端CMOS技術開発を推進する意欲的なエンジニアを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、HKMG（High-K Metal Gate）CMOSデバイスおよびプロセスインテグレーション開発をリードし、デバイス性能の向上、信頼性改善、コスト最適化、ならびに将来世代のメモリ技術実現に向けた技術開発を担当していただきます。

■具体的には

・NANDフラッシュメモリ製品向けの先端HKMG CMOS技術の開発

・CMOSデバイスの性能、消費電力、信頼性の最適化推進

・ゲートスタック、ソース/ドレイン、コンタクト、シリサイド形成などのFEOL（Front-End of Line）プロセスモジュールにおけるプロセスインテグレーション戦略の立案および実行

・デバイス、プロセス、評価解析、シミュレーション、製品開発、TEG開発などの関連部門(国内/海外)との連携

・電気特性、物理解析データ、信頼性評価データを解析し、不具合の根本原因を特定するとともに、改善施策を立案・実施

・次世代に向けた技術ベンチマークおよび技術ロードマップ策定の支援

・技術レビューを主導し、知的財産（特許等）の創出に貢献

■応募資格

・電気工学、材料科学、物理学、または関連分野における学位取得者

・半導体のプロセスインテグレーションまたはデバイス開発に関する5年以上の実務経験

・CMOSデバイス物理およびHKMG（High-K Metal Gate）技術に関する深い知識

・トランジスタ特性の最適化、信頼性評価、および歩留まり改善の経験

・優れた分析力および問題解決能力

・高いコミュニケーション能力を有し、グローバルかつ部門横断的な組織環境において効果的に業務を遂行できること
