CMP Slurry Formulation Scientist（半导体研磨液方向）

该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a Slurry Formulation Scientist to drive the development of slurry products and support business growth in China. This role will focus on formulation development, product optimization, and commercialization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize slurry formulations to meet customer and market requirements.
• Design and execute experiments using DOE and statistical tools to accelerate product development.
• Lead new product development and localization projects from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with application, product, raw material, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Analyze technical data, solve complex formulation challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure project execution, EHS compliance, and protection of intellectual property. Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Microelectronics, or a related field, or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in formulation development and DOE-driven product development.
• Slurry formulation or CMP industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with statistical methods such as Six Sigma.
• Track record of developing and commercializing new products in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work with global project teams across different time zones.
