该职位来源于猎聘 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirement Elicitation & Analysis -Lead structured interviews and workshops with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements for data-driven projects. -evelop detailed requirement documents (e.g., user stories, data dictionaries) and validate them with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving -Analyze existing data workflows and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization. -Support A/B testing and forecasting models design, translating technical feasibility into actionable business strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration -Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring alignment on requirements and deliverables. -Coordinate with development team and manage their quality delivery, proactively addressing technical issues.
• Project Management & Quality Assurance -Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards. -Conduct requirement validation and system testing to ensure deliverables meet business and technical expectations.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors. Minimum Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related disciplines. -5–8 years of experience in business analysis for data projects, with hands-on experience to SQL/Python and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Technical Skills -Mastery of SQL/python for data querying and analysis. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using tools like Tableau, Power BI. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Soft Skills -Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn -Strong verbal and written skills to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications. -Fluent in oral English -Knowledge in insurance business is preferred
• Certifications (not a must) -CBAP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
