该职位来源于猎聘 Position Identification  Position Title: Mechanical System Development Lead  Location: Shanghai / Wuhan  Report to: Design Lead Manager General Description The Mechanical System Development Lead (MSDL) lead the work to achieve mechanical system deliveries that meet the input requirements and program expectations. ► The MSDL works in collaboration with PM, SYPL, and other related functions, also interface with the customers, to drive NBO Pursuit, lead and track Engineering Timing to execute product development of Mechanical System for awarded programs. ► The MSDL leads and tracks deliverables completion of the Mechanical System EDF Roles to meet Timing Plan and program requirements.

Key Accountabilities

 Plan and track Engineering Timing to execute development of Mechanical System.  Define detailed mechanical release scope, Guide program documents management and the deliverables scope.  Lead and manage requirements analysis of Mechanical system, Ensure all requirements being analyzed, satisfied by product design and verified by test specifications.

 Lead and track Technical Risk Assessment(Alternative to NUDDs) at beginning of development phase and along with development process to final mitigation  Review Lesson Learned of Mechanical System with ENG team and update related ENG Lesson Learned throughout the program/product development phases. Ensure all related mechanisms of Lesson Learned are to be reviewed and addressed in current projects.  Lead and track IP(Intellectual Property) analysis of Mechanical System for new program at beginning development phase to avoid patent risks, search IP application opportunities.  Lead Gate Design Review to ensure all design work products in eDrive Design Review Checklist are appropriately considered and addressed in each stage of the PDS eDrive EDF.  Work in collaboration with MSA and MDE to complete Peer Design Review, to track all design work products in eDrive Design Review Checklist are completed before Gate Design Review.  Lead and track Open Issue List of Mechanical System with all related team members to ensure all open issues to be well solved and addressed during development phases, including but not limited to from Customer, Design, Testing, Samples building, Tests etc.  Lead and track all related product design changes of Mechanical System to be addressed and traceability to be released.  Keep track of program timing. Scheduling and facilitating eDrive Gate Deliverable Reviews to meet the program Gate Reviews.

Key Competencies  Master or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.  5+ years of experience as Mechanical System Development Lead of xEV / Xin1 Products in automotive industry.  5+ years of experience with complex projects (eMotors/Gearbox and mechanical integration system development experience would be an advantage).  Wide engineering background with experience in complex systems with mechatronics, eMotors, integration.  In-depth understanding of electrified vehicle system and integration. Advanced analytical, technical, and statistical skills (incl root cause analysis and/or 8D problem solving).  Specific experience in Mechanical EDF / M-SPICE, and relevant processes to ensure adherence to industry requirements; e.g. DFMEA, and FTA analysis.  Familiar with AGILE methodology and project management tools like JIRA, Polarion etc.  Good at coaching people and fostering a team approach.  Global Experience: works well with multiple regions and multiple cultures.  Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English.  Strong interpersonal skills.  Some travel (less than 20%) and a flexible work schedule on occasion.
